How to operate
- 1- Connect the machine to the electrical current
- 2- Add the coffee to the water on the dallah
- 3- Put the dallah on the sands
- 4- Switch the Thermostat to 300 °C
- 5- Let the coffee brew on the sands
System cleaning
- 1- Disconnect the machine from electrical current
- 2- Clean the external surfaces of the machine carefully
Warnings
- 1- Do not put water on the machine and ventilation vents
- 2- Do not touch the heating plate
- 3- Do not let the coffee boil, as this will burn the coffee. If it begins to boil, remove the dallah from the sands holder. You may also want to reduce the heat slightly before returning the dallah to the sands.
